Q: Hi, I was renting an apartment about 2yrs ago and cleaning before moving in I fell down the stairs broke my back
I hired attorneys, I hadn't heard from them in a couple months so I called to see what was going on and I was then told they had tried to contact me an had to drop my case because they couldn't reach me for discovery. They had the correct phone number & address, they had came to my house when I couldn't get out of bed for 3 months, I don't understand why they'd need to look up on LinkedIn an get an address that happened to be a previous address from 10yrs prior to send my mail an right after that covid 19 started The steps had old torn carpet on them an the metal strip at the top was slick worn downhad no grooves on it causingme to slide downthe steps. My question is can I still pursue this? Thank you
