Knoxville, TN asked in Probate for North Carolina

Q: I need serious help. Please. I believe Clerk is Court and Administrator of estate in N.C. are crooks

I need to know who to contact when the whole court system regarding Will/Estate/Probate are not following The Deceased Last Will and Testament. Or Probate laws... I feel they have lied to me about my rights as a beneficiary . Forcing me to sale Real Property to cover a small debt. Without asking me if I could pay out of pocket. Selling property below FMV. I have never meet the appointed Administrator nor will he return my calls..Never had any hearing..meeting..or notarized/Witnessed contract.

Please help

A: Namecalling will not help you. You might hire a competent attorney in NC in or near the County of Probate to represent your interests. From the way you write, you must have a substantial stake in the Estate, and as a Beneficiary and an Heir you should be able to intervene. The Probate File will need to be examined first for assets and claims. If the Administrator is selling land just to generate his fees, file a Motion to Remove For Cause. Usually land does not go through an Estate except to pay claims. If there is a Probated Will, who was appointed Executor, and why is he not serving?
