A: There is no law requiring notice, but if the owners have agreed that one owner is responsible for maintenance and doesn't do it, the other owner could sue to recover. Information on taxes is available on-line, so all owners can review what is owed. But if the owners have agreed that one owner will pay the taxes and doesn't do it, the other owner could sue to recover any penalties and interest.
