Q: i hired a moving service to bring my stuff from miami to san diego and so far since december 1st they haven't shown up

A: First, this is not "Stockbroker Fraud". If you do not select the correct category, then attorneys that handle that kind of case do not get a notice. Next, Moving companies are federally licensed, you should look up your company on the internet and you will find out a lot about them, including how to file a complaint or a claim for your property. What does the company say about where your property is? This seems like a long time for that kind of a delivery, but some companies combine loads in order to give you a better price. Suggest you contact a "property damage/personal injury" attorney in SD to discuss fully.
