Q: Can cps keep from returning my kids if we have done everything asked and husband only has thc in his system

My kids were placed with the grandmother because of drugs we tested positive on the 24th of Feb have been clean ever since and have been proactive in doing what needs to be done to get them back our worker knows my husband from a previous case with his other son not going to school told us that even though she can't condone smoking weed she knows he does and she's not worried about the pot being in his system other than the methamphetamine that was in our system we have been clean but now our worker is saying that he can't have the pot in his system it has to be anything that is legal yet the carts he buys he purchases from a cigarette store legally we still have custody of our children and haven't been court we've done everything they've asked voluntarily but now she's acting like we can't get them back till that is out of his system and we have consistent clean screens which we've only been able to screen 4 times out of 11 times to screen and they have all been clean What do we do
