Chatsworth, GA asked in Car Accidents for Georgia

Q: I have had 3 auto accidents in the last 2.5 years. The last two I was not at fault, and the first going to court over

I was originally injured in the first wreck but never thought it would be anything lasting, so I didn’t seek treatment because I only had liability insurance and they were saying the wreck was my fault even though I disagree and am waiting to go to court. I was then rear ended and side swiped and injured further each time. I had just finished treatment with a chiropractor from my second accident when I had my third. This time that I had a ct scan done, the ER said that I need to see a neurologist from their findings. Meanwhile I have been out of work since this last accident because I am a delivery driver and I cannot sit for extended periods of time. It hurts too bad. I don’t know what to do. I need advice.

A: I am so sorry you are going through this. It can be difficult to distinguish injuries from accidents that are so close in time. This is not something you can do on your own, you will need an experienced attorney who can help you sort through the medical records and the injuries suffered from each. I would be happy to speak to you at no charge. 770-644-2378.

A: Please note that posts such as yours are still considered statements and are discoverable----these statements can be used against you in civil (or criminal or traffic) litigation----in the future, I would be careful what I post. That said, if you have not done so, then you need to consult and hire an attorney to represent you in the above matters-----1 accident claim with injury is difficult enough, and you have 3---in order to maximize your recovery, you need to be represented. Use the Find a Lawyer tab and search for injury/accident lawyers in your area and contact a few of them----most give free, no obligation first meetings on these type cases----I know my firm does----so take them up on it and hire the one with whom you are most comfortable. Good luck.

A: Please consult a personal injury attorney in your area at your earliest convenience. They can help you navigate through the liability with each accident and help you navigate the medical records and treatment options. In the meantime if you have health insurance go through your doctor to get the treatment that you need.
