Q: Can I access bankruptcy records from 1998 for information as to assets claimed on them

A: Yes. You should start at pacer.gov. If they don't have the records there then go to the Bankruptcy Courthouse where the case was filed.

A: The records should still be available online. The Pacer system is where the online records are stored. It can be found on the federal courthouse website where a link is there to access.
