Phoenix, AZ asked in Personal Injury for Arizona

Q: Do I have a case

Case Description: Yesterday I was walking into Safeway and tripped on the curb and fell onto my hands and knees I was so embarrassed and I got up despite the pain I was in and tried to play it off like I was ok. I went in using the cart to help me get around and finished my shopping. The manager found me and asked if I was ok. I said I thought I was fine and that I’d be ok. Today I have a horrible headache/backache and my knee is pretty tore up. It’s painful to walk and I’ve literally been in bed all day! I’m considering going to the er but I don’t know if I even have a case since I didn’t feel most of my symptoms until today?

A: Regardless of whether you will be able to recover or not; your first priority should be your health. Whether you have an actionable case against Safeway depends in part on whether Safeway was at fault. You should immediately consult a personal injury attorney and many offer free consultations.
