Tenant is alleging to have slip and fell on my property. He got a injury law firm to file a claim against my insurance company. Can I still sell the property with an ongoing claim?
A: A claim is just that. A claim. The claim is against yourself, not the property. You should be able to sell it still.

A: Yes, with such a lawsuit the tenant wouldn't have a lien on your property until and unless the tenant recovers a judgment against you.
