Marrero, LA asked in Child Custody, Divorce, Civil Rights and Domestic Violence for Louisiana

Q: My attorney filed this exparte art 3945 in divorce petition on April 29, 2020. Courts did not give me date til 6/22/20

I still have not seen or spoke to my little girl in over a year. Courts still did not see or hear any of my evidence to protect my child from her father and his son, mother, daughter who all abused my child.

My husband now has my little girl brainwashed... forcing her to lie about me to cover for all abuse him and his family did to our little girl her entire life. She is forced by law to live behind closed doors with her abusers. She has to survive.

Also CPS REMOVED husbands son from our house 1-11-17. Husband was not in our life, he took life from us, punished her for over 3 years while blaming her because his son could not live with us. January 2018, Husbands mother called my little girl a rat, brat, & she should have never told sexual, mental, physical abuse her 6year older half brother did to her & told her it was her fault that her brother could not live with us. I have evidence my husband knew his son was doing all this abuse to our little girl &he did NOTHING to protect her
