Lancaster, OH asked in Personal Injury for Ohio

Q: My hair has been falling out and began to thin around my hair line. I am sure it is because of the Tresseme Shampoo

and conditioner. What should I do?

A: If you're trying to establish the foundation for a products liability suit, one of the challenges is causation. You need to gather evidence to prove that the hair loss is attributable to the product, and not some other cause. e.g. healthcare, headwear etc. You may want to consult with a medical professional who specializes in hair loss. You may want to have lab work done on yourself, as well as the product. Ultimately, what should be done in your specific situation is going to be beyond the scope of this forum. For legal advice specific to your circumstances you will need to sit down and formally consult with an attorney. Someone in your area who specializes in product liability is who I suggest.

Best of luck.
