Q: If an adult buys a minor a 3-month-old puppy is it the minor's responsibility to take care of the dog's every need?
the puppy already has all the necessities it needs from toys to food to bed to blanket to towel to pampers in order to pee and poop. is it the responsibility of the minor to take care of the dog starting at 7 am-5 pm even if the minor has school or not ( weekend/ vacation)
A: It is the adult's responsibility. If the parent or other custodian of the child wants to require the child to perform those tasks, that is between the adult and the child.
