Q: I have a judgement against me I am dying I have a will giving everything to girlfriend can she wants to live here

The judgement is 2005 then they renewal it in2010.

A: Generally the lien has to be renewed every 5 years to be valid. I suggest you consult with an estate planning attorney to make sure everything is in order and your property will go to your girlfriend upon your death.
