Thank you - yes, we have 2 minor children, I have primary physical custody, and we have shared legal custody but I have medical decision making.
A: Presumably you are talking about medical decision-making concerning the minor child of the parties? If si, and you have been granted decision-making authority the other parent is therefore not authorized to select the provider and make the appointment at all!
