A: Applying for a Family Violence Protective Order may be a temporary fix but to really address the situation you should consult a Family Law attorney about the possibility of a SAPCR child custody lawsuit.

A: If you currently have a custody order from a court you will need to apply to modify it. If you do not have a current custody order from a court you will need to get one.
