Austin, TX asked in Personal Injury for Texas

Q: My son has been using these products and just this weekend complained about extremely itchy scalp. What can we do?

I tried getting him in to see a doctor Saturday but they were no appointments available. I’m calling again in the morning. My son is 15. His scalp is very red and there are some tiny spots like sores on his head.

A: A Texas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. You ask what can you do. You could reach out to Texas attorneys to discuss the matter in greater detail. Although I'm sorry for your son's ordeal with the shampoo, if the damages are of a transient and passing nature, law firms could be reluctant to handle such matters on a contingency basis. Product-based cases can involve considerable research and costly expert testimony, and firms assess the damages at hand with such an investment in litigation costs. But the only way to learn for certain would be to reach out to attorneys and speak with them - they could see things differently. Good luck
