Q: Could you help me find a Pro Bono lawyer?
Due to an auto accident I had about 8 years ago, I sustained a concussion which resulted in a condition called Absent Seizers or Petit Mal Seizures. With proper medication which I ingest twice per day, I have not experienced one seizer since I started taking the medications. But since my recovery, my son has placed me in assisted living homes because he believes I have not recovered from my concussion and could still have seizers. It’s been over 7 years now that I have not had a Petit Mal Seizures!
During the time of my recovery, my son took possession of EVERY THING I OWNED!
The home I owned in Gilbert, AZ within the retirement community called Trilogy at Power Ranch.
I purchase this home for about $275,000 in 2002. I recently checked with Zillow.com and it is now valued at over $400,000. This $100,000+ equity is what I would own if my son did not take position in 2014.
