Duluth, MN asked in Consumer Law and Personal Injury for Wisconsin

Q: Is there a class action for use of the OGX Shampoos/Conditioner irritating the scalp & making hair fall in WI also?

I have been using the OGX products on my hair. I have a variety of them that I use. I have been wondering why my scalp is itchy and why I am losing hair. It clogs up my vacuum, that is how much hair I’ve been losing. I also have seen clumps in the shower. And every time I brush or comb my hair, there’s a lot of hair in them. I have asked my doctors if any of my medicine is causing this and they are all saying no.

A: A Wisconsin attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. One option is to go online and research firms handling cases for the products you mention and contact them to determine the current disposition of whether they are still handling cases. Firms that handle product-based cases are not always static - some firms may take a wave of cases and then cease to accept further cases. The best way to find out is to actually reach out to the law firms and speak with them. Good luck
