Q: What sentence will be put upon me for a plea deal for vehicular homicide while also the 3rd dui in 10 yrs ?

A: It generally depends on the jurisdiction what the ultimate outcome will be, but it also depends on whether you are charged with gross vehicular manslaughter (which is a 10 year maximum sentence) or regular (which is a 4 year maximum sentence).

A: the sentence could depend on 1) the court; 2) the DA; 3) your BA reading; 4) the police;

report; the spacing of the priors and whether there were prior injuries/Traffic Accidents with them..........and WHO you have for a lawyer and how creative s/he can be.

maybe a live in program while your lawyer continues the case to buy time..........what have you done to address your drinking issues?

i know you are aware this is VERY serious for a first offender and more so for someone with 3 priors.
