A: This is similar to the concept of beauty is in the eye of the beholder…if you truly believe that a prosecutor has committed behavior that amounts to prosecutorial misconduct…immediately being it to the attention of your lawyer (who has obligations as an officer of the court and as a member of the trial bar).
