A: An Oklahoma attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week and you say that time is of the essence. Here on Justia, this comes up:

Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma Inc.

(405) 557-0020

2915 N Classen Blvd, Ste 500

Oklahoma City, OK 73106

Employment, Bankruptcy, Civil Rights and Consumer

You could run some searches on your own under pro bono or legal aid, and check with the Oklahoma Bar Association. You could also reach out to Oklahoma employment lawyers - even if they are not pro bono, some might offer a free, quick consult to listen to your matter for five minutes to figure out if they could point you in the right direction, or come up with some alternate method for handling matter - but that would be between you and them. Not all firms offer free consults, so clear that at the start. Good luck
