Q: Judge “reconsidered my case but my attorney never responded or even told me, I found it on my own Fresno county Odyssey
This was a property ownership dispute & it went to court as a eviction but my attorney made several mistakes & the judge told her right there in court in front of me, I assumed she knew what to do & she said “I got this” to me but dropped the ball & me when I found the docs on my smart search in the Fresno County odyssey search all my paperwork was there that she was supposed to be sending me and when I found that the judge had reconsidered and wanted her to come back and give her another chance she never told me she never responded and now I lost the case and I’m getting ready to lose my property because of her she took my money it basically cost me $12,000 to get evicted from property I was buying from seller financing!! Now I’m out of money & a home where I have lived for 20 years, I’m 62 female & out the door with not a dime after investing over $200k

however, it would make sense to contact a possible legal malpractice attorney in your area to see if it was indeed malpractice.
if it is too small for them you can always sue in small claims court for up to $10k............and you can contact the State Bar.
