A: A Kentucky attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for five weeks. There wasn't a question included in your post, but it seems fairly clear that you're wondering about your legal rights relating to your infant's medical care. One option here would be to reach out to med mal attorneys in Kentucky to try to arrange a free initial consult to discuss the matter to make a more meaningful assessment. These days, many offices are offering virtual consults, so hopefully you might be able to discuss without leaving home initially. Good luck to your daughter
