A: Statutorily there are no legal grounds for a foreign Indian national to seek U.S. Citizenship, unless that foreign national qualifies to naturalize under a number of statutorily available legal pathways. There are numerous to describe as a foreign national may seek asylum, immigration visa, lawful permanent residency, WAVA, or U visa, and then naturalization once eligible.

A: You must first qualify. To determine whether you qualify you may contact an experienced immigration attorney or do the research yourself. The place to start to do your own research is USCIS.gov. Take note that Citizenship and Naturalization are two different issues. You may want to inquire into or research both.
