Have been sent back to sending district but instead sent somewhere else for another evaluation. His due process rights are being violated. He’s had covid and treated unfairly. beaten Been sent all over the place this last year. It’s been pure hell for him. We are married and have been together 20 years with 6 children. 16,16,11,10,4,1. 5girls and a boy. We haven’t saw him a whole year. He’s at FMC Butner NC. He was told he was being put in car a year ago for safety and hasn’t been home since. Police report doesn’t include accurate information please help. Lawyer doesn’t get in touch with me much. He’s been to Oklahoma Ny back to Oklahoma and now NC. He was in the hole since he was there which was June 15th until Sept 20th. He was out the hole and the same day had his medicine upped 5 milligrams and hadn’t been in any trouble or having any problems on medication given prior. Need advise. A: Contact the North Carolina Civil Liberties Union. Ask for the names of their "cooperating attorneys" on civil commitement issues. They give free consultations.
