Q: Do I need to include a child US citizen into DS 260 form?

I am a DV lottery 22 winner. I submitted my DS 260 on 05/26/2021. My equation is? I didn't add my first daughter Miral. She is 7 years old, on my DS 260 form and my wife's DS260 form because she was born in the USA in 2014 and she is a US citizen. What should I do? I ask KCC to reopen my DS260 and add her or keep everything like now.

A: Yes.

You must disclose all existing children into corresponding entries of the federal form regardless of their nationality.

A: You must list all of your children in the form and answer all questions completely.

If you mean include the child for a visa application; No, a USC does not need a visa.
