A: If you want to get some help finding cases that may be pertinent to your own, the best thing to do--unless you want to pay for Westlaw or Lexis Nexus--is to visit the library at the nearest public law school.

A: What do you mean by trusted? If you are performing case law research, this is complex task even for many attorneys. One of the main things to be cognizant of is that laws change, and legal precedent gets overruled all the time. Law libraries can give you a starting point, but their materials are often only update annually (if that).

Your question is posted under Ohio, yet you ask about Arkansas. You may want to change your question to that state. Most State Supreme Courts post their opinions periodically. Otherwise, attorneys often pay big money to legal research companies such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis to obtain current case law.
