It depends.
If any foreign national engages in illegal, or terrorist activities against US citizens or the US government abroad such as joining a militant, terrorist, or paramilitary group that national may be criminally charged in the US.
A: I don't work on rumor but on the INA as written. There is nothing in the INA that prohibits you from working in the USA after you have been employed in an Arab country. If you have worked for a company or person that is known to support terrorist activity you may have a problem.
