My husband got
followed for miles and than pulled over in my front yard for not having headlights on. Got arrested and is facing 7 to15 years. I think it was an illegal search.

As for the second part of your question, there are insufficient facts to provide you an adequate answer. If the headlights were functioning and on and that is the sole basis for the stop...there would be a valid motion to suppress.
