Q: I am reaching out on behalf of someone who was recently arrested in Riverside CA with multiple criminal charges.

You'd be better served doing your own research on attorneys who you think will are best suited to help your friend, and inquire directly with them regarding their fees. Also keep in mind that an attorney's fees do not always correlate with their experience or track record of success.
