However, useful evidence of innocence is, for example, witnesses to the incident who can testify on your behalf, text messages or any other evidence of the victim saying that it didn't happen or that you are innocent, and photos/videos showing what did or didn't happen. You should not contact the victim if the court issued a no-contact or stay-away order in the case.
