Asked in Landlord - Tenant for Florida

Q: Can my landlord evict me? My lease had no dates. He took 2 weeks rent after lease ended. Lease states Any holding over

After expiration hereof, with the consent of Owner or his Agent, shall be construed as a month to month in accordance with the terms there of, as applicable, until either party shall terminate the same by giving the other party 30 days written notice delivered by certified mail or in person to ( rental agency’s address). They started eviction on Oct 29. I told them I’d pay rent or increase until I found a place. I have always paid rent and they will not let me rectify why they won’t renew lease. Are they required to give me 30 days since they accepted rent after the lease ended? They gave me 2 weeks for extra time.
