Q: How can I get court cost waived or reduced?

A: You can simply request that the court waive the court costs and ask the judge for the court's procedure for doing so. If the court still imposes court cost, you can get on a payment plan (as low as $5 per month). As long as you keep making payments, your driver's license will not get suspended. If you have a public defender on the case, ask them about this and tell them that it is a priority for you.
