A: I concur with Mr. Moseley. There's no question. I will simply add that you undoubtedly were represented by legal counsel, whether a Public Defender or an attorney you hired.

Ask your legal counsel what remedies you may have, such as an appeal, assuming you were convicted of an unspecified crime.

A: MORE INFO IS NEEDED:

The answer most lawyers will give when asked a legal question is... IT DEPENDS. In your case, I have no idea what you are asking.

I would assume you had a lawyer and that is the person that should be presented with this question.

Unless a lawyer has received all the facts s/he can’t spit out a credible answer. Junk in equals junk out…just like computers. I need more junk.

Every case is unique, and more information is needed to properly answer your query intelligently. In other words, cases are both case and client-specific. Each case stands on its own facts….for instance:

FOR A CRIMINAL CASE: Does the client have a record? On probation? For what? How long ago? Who is the DA? Who is the Judge?

I would initially caution you NOT to discuss your case on an open forum like this. You should also not discuss it on any social media, like Facebook.
