A: I don’t have enough information to answer your question. It sounds like you’ve got a new felony arrest with a bunch of misdemeanors while current being on probation for another case? Don’t know whether it’s felony or misdemeanor case that you’re on probation for. As far as how much it would cost, different attorneys charge different amounts based on experience and 100 different factors. Many attorneys take into consideration your financial situation and ability to pay. I would simply call as many attorneys as you can and run your situation past them. If you WERE, in fact, on probation and have violated that probation by getting arrested for a new felony, you might want to gird yourself for what could prove to be some potentially bad news. Courts (Judges) absDA’s (or prosecutors) tend to get upset when you violate probation and they could file an Application to Accelerate (or Revoke) your probation and punish you in some manner.
