A: An Arizona attorney could answer best, but your question remains open for three weeks. The answer depends on additional details beyond the scope of this brief textbox format. If the height discrepancy was the best outcome possible under the circumstances, and there were no breaches of a duty of medical care, then it would be unlikely that there would be grounds for a case. If the discrepancy was the result of medical errors/breach of a duty, then it's possible there could be grounds for a case. This is a very simplified nutshell analysis. In actuality, it is not something an attorney is qualified to make a call on - if a law firm contemplated such a case, they would need to review the surgical records and patient history with a medical professional. You could reach out to law firms to discuss in a more meaningful manner. Good luck
