The property up for auction, but I think the house may have accidentally been put in my name.
A: I do not know how a property would be "accidently" put in your name, or how anyone could sell property (by auction or otherwise) that they had already transferred to someone else. Take your contract, payment records and any notices you received to a lawyer for review.
