Q: Do I have to let CPS know that we are doing within sight and sound through live stream also how many times in a 9-month
Period should we have done went back to court regardless of whether doing good or bad we have only been to court twice the first time was the stipend the second time was the temporary custody since then we've not been back to court and this past July our oldest turned 18 and was allowed to move back in but we were advised if it's not a safe environment to not let her be here but yet CPS allowed her to move back home. Also I have been going back over our court documents and have found some stuff marked one way and then Mark another way contradicting themselves also is it my lawyers responsibility to have done had me back in court or made sure that I was back in court a certain amount of times or without me notifying her first
