Q: Due to health related issues if someone is missing the window time of being allowed to screen what can be done to get
CPS to help us work something out to accommodate the health issues because when worker was told all they said was it's important to try to complete your case plan requirements because they were too busy to discuss it for too long. this is the third maybe fourth case plan that we are working on completing like the other three have been completed and the only reason for any positive screens have been due to emergency factors or health related factors and CPS has been notified immediately and in a timely manner every time
