A: You ask a series of very important questions that cannot be explained by one written paragraph remotely. You need to find and contact an experienced immigration attorney of your choice to discuss your legal chances of returning to the United States. We speak Russian and we would be able to discuss that matter with you.

A: There are several questions asked by you that would require understanding your history in detail. That means you would need to speak to US immigration lawyer directly. As a general matter, however, a US citizen child of 21 years may petition for a Green Card for a parent.
