Q: Misspelled style of vehicle
I got a ticket in Florida and the officer put the wrong style of vehicle on the ticket is it possible to get dismissed?
A: A Florida attorney could advise best, but your question remains open a few weeks. Until you're able to arrange a consult with a local traffic ticket defense attorney if the matter remains pending, courts nationwide generally allow for correction of minor clerical errors of that type.
