Q: i was involved in a 15 mile police chase well i wrecked and i was wanting to no if the officer did the right thing

i wrecked while involved in a police chase well the officer didn’t bother to help my wife and kids that was in the truck was he supposed to detain me and then tend to them cause he didn’t and was he supposed to have my daughter turn the truck off… was the officer in the right to continue to chase me into another county for 15 miles he didn’t no were he was at and we was speeding at 90 plus mph?? Was it ok for them to not stabilize my three kids and was it ok for them to let my 3 kids and wife ride in one ambulance with the kids not stabilized at all?? Was the officer supposed to detain me and then tend to the kids because he didn’t?? There is a lot more that doesn’t seem right but that covers most of it thank you.. I’m really in need of some help i have to go to court February the 15th

A: Even if the officer violated laws that you’re complaining about it doesn’t help you in your criminal case.
