Q: If a mother has a neglect charge for drugs & another finding for a dirty house will the father get full custody?
Father has no charges & has a better job but the mother has been primary care giver since birth. Mother has worked all requirements from social services in a timely manner without any problems. Mother has a job & stable home for the child. Mother is in agreement with 50/50 but father wants full sole custody.
