Q: How is my daughter legally allowed to live with me? My mom had custody granted in OH, she now resides in FL., I’m in KY.
My mother is currently going to let her come live with me until I move to FL in the summer to get full custody back. I am a fit parent. She just can’t handle her “teenage” ways and doesn’t know how to get her help for her behavior problems. So she wants to send my daughter back to me here in KY. Both my mom & I we’re living in OH at the time when she took custody of my daughter. What does she & I need to do? Am I able to put her on my lease for section 8, and get health insurance for her?
