Q: Father passed away, girlfriend suing me for his medical bills she paid. I never agreed to pay for them. Can she do this?
He did not have a will, nothing went through probate due to all of his property being at her house and not having access to it. Not sure what is left or what the value is.. She said she is also suing his estate, but also me personally. I never agreed to pay her anything for his personal or medical bills.
