Q: Kentucky law regarding sperm donor contract Can a contract be signed after the fact
I had intercourse with a man who wants nothing to do with the baby we conceived. He wanted me to have an abortion I didn’t now he’s threatening to take custody because I didn’t have the abortion. Im tired of his and his family and his friends threats. I just want to live in peace so if I can get him to sign a sperm donor contract then basically he’s signing his rights away prior to the baby being born and I couldn’t go after child support which is basically what he’s worried over.
