A friend performed the wedding and I just found out that he was not registered with the state at the time. I'm not sure if anyone was aware of it at the time. He didn't register until 2 years afterwards. I want a divorce now i am not sure if I should file for an annulment instead. There are no assets or children involved and I have a protective order against him. I'm not sure if they makes us legally separated l.
