A: On your facts, you are not liable. Rather, the car that struck you is liable for the property damage to your vehicle, any injuries that you or your passengers sustained, any property damage to the car that you were forced into and any personal injury that the driver or any of the passengers of the car you are pushed into may have sustained.

It is illegal to drive without insurance so you could be ticketed for that offense but on your facts, you are not liable for any injury or damages. This opinion presupposes that the police report confirms your recitation of the events and contains identification and insurance information for all three vehicles.
