And the judge made his discussion on letters that was sent in to him.the lawyer wasn’t a criminal lawyer and I have read before you take a open plea you need a good criminal lawyer and he wasn’t informed that by the lawyer he hired. They gave him 20 years for basically a accident shooting. Even the person that was shot says it was a accident.
