Q: Paralyzed by lumbar fusion surgery,aorta cut,renal artery severed,metal cage on iliac artery can kill me any moment hel

DAMAGES TO PATIENT 

1.The surgeon was not prepared for her anatomy and could not individualize approach

2.Patient did not know and was not given informed consent to the procedure or the risk she would incur. 

3.Patient has no idea who actually did her surgery or what part of her surgery and it is her right to know who did what on her body. 

4.Patient had someone operate her who never examined her never spoke to her and never even followed up with her. 

5.Patient did not have consent specifically about blood loss and the need for transfusion and the risk of transfusion. 

6.Patient peritoneum was violated and she may get an obstruction later in life. 

7.Retractor damaged the vessels and the aorta. 

8.Segmental artery was transected and a part of her body is under vascularized now but because the artery was not  

identified no one knows what part.

 

9.*The record is fraudulent

and now the patient and any subsequent doctors will not know how the patient got into 

this
